Shipping Charges on all returns is to be paid by the person returning the item.
There is a 20% re-stocking charge on all returns. Refunds will be given on un-used merchandise only minus the re-stocking charge. IF merchandise is determined to be defective by Just 4 Dogs Warehouse LLC it will be replaced with a new identical item if available.
